Default Which pet should I get?

I want it to be sort of unique. I was thinking of a moa bird named Zaxbys, or should i go w/ a melandru's stalker. I dont really want a moss spider tho.

all pets are evenly balanced..you gain nothing from having one pet over another so pick whatever pet you'd enjoy lugging around with you.

keep in mind that post kryta the pet is going to be essentially useless...

This should probably be in the Q&A section. All pets have slight differences in attributes, like more hp, more dmg, faster attack etc. But the differences are too marginal to count much.
An underworld spider poisons with a critical hit. A Warthog causes bleeding with a critical hit etc.
Seach Button is your best friend. Search around previous topics and find more info about all pets

Can't tame the rabbit.

If you could, there would be literally hundreds 'with sharp, pointy teeth' running around.

I have a Warthog. He's got a face only a mother could love.

All the pets except the Spider are the same, the Spider is just plain better. The spider is also in the underword, you can't tame Moss Spiders in Pre-Searing.

On the rare occasion that I break out my pet I prefer the Warthog. Everyone uses Wolves and Stalkers. I've only seen 1 or 2 Moa Birds though, I support that choice. They kick your opponent in the face!

the Spider is no better than any other pet...except that it starts at lvl20..other than that it is completely balanced with every other pet in the game.

I thought I could bring "Gwen". Anyone tried to charm the bull in pre-searing?

Question, how do you get past the break charm that the bears have?

you can't charm the bull.

if you bring an interupter with you Omega, you can charm the bear in pre-sear. You need a friend to interupt the bears break charm.

You charm the bears in Shiverpeaks, not the ones in Pre Searing.

People have actually tested the pets and found out that Spider ARE better. Their damage range is TWO higher for both max and min damager per hit. ^_^

Who said all the pets are same? Each of the pet is different. All of them have different HP, damage, attack speeds etc.

but they are all balanced...the pets that do less damage attack faster...the pets that do more damage attack slower...it's all balanced in the end.

They aren't any different. Pets have a 2 second attack, and they all seem to deal the same damage.
